SCOPE OF WORK FOR GREEN ROOF COMBO WATERPROOFING SYSTEM:

SURFACE PREPARATION:-
The surface should be free from dust, dirt, oil, loose particles and all other contaminants.

Supply & application of PU foam spray (SPF) 70mm – 75mm thick having 40–45 kg density including vertical up stand to maximum 200mm. BASF or Buyer Chemicals which is available

Supply & application of 1 coat of Polycoat RBE or equivalent from Polybit @ 200 microns rubberized bituminous emulsion coating

Supply & application of one layer of Geotextile, Protection layer 100GSM. from Alyaf K S A over the specific area.

Supply & application of flexible board, expansion joint filler board in a slope & 3 x 3 m panels. (For Panels cement, sand and water will be provided by main contractor)

Application of ready-mix protection and finishing screed 300 OPC concrete to slope average thickness of 80mm

Removing of flexible board and making groove.

Supply and application of Polyurethane sealant Tritone DCL Approved or equivalent with backing rod into groove.

Supply and apply fibber mesh all around the parapet at angle fillet and at all drain outlets.

Supply and application of top coat as final and finishing Acrylic waterproofing layer Flexicoat from Terraco or equivalent ultraviolet expose to sun M2
