Problem & Diagnosis
A multi-building estate where diagnosis had to switch mental models building by building: metal sheds failing at laps and gutters, concrete blocks failing at screed and parapet details.

Solution — Method
Program split by building type: EPDM lap/gutter works on the metal stock; hot-adhesive membrane system (160°C application) on the concrete scopes — each building phased and signed off independently.
