1. Quotes and surveys
Quotes are issued after a survey where the scope requires one; the fixed price applies to the treated scope documented in the quotation. Untreated areas, structural repairs and third-party trades are out of scope unless listed.
2. Access and site conditions
The client provides the necessary access (roof keys, gate passes, lifts, power point) as agreed in the phasing plan. Delayed access shifts timelines per the schedule impacts documented at phasing.
3. Payments
Payment milestones are set out in the signed contract, typically a mobilisation payment followed by milestone and completion stages. Invoicing follows the milestones in the signed scope.
4. Works during live operations
Live-site phasing requires client coordination hours agreed at program start; daily sign-offs are required to close each bay (see the live-site method).
5. Warranty
Works are covered by the documented warranty framework at /warranty/ — the handover file and certificate constitute the warranty terms for the executed scope.
6. Liability boundaries
Liability is limited to the treated scope documented in the handover file; consequential losses (goods spoilage, production downtime) sit outside the works price unless separately agreed and documented.
7. Governing law
UAE law applies to works under PEB Technical Services LLC.

Terms Make Projects Smooth
The scoped price holds because discovery happens before the quote.
