A vast mall envelope built on sandwich panels leaks the way panel buildings always do — where two panels meet and wherever the structure is penetrated. Scale is the real challenge: every joint is a potential water path.

Solution — Method
Over 1,000 linear metres of expansion joints and penetrations were sealed across the envelope, with sandwich-panel waterproofing applied across 30,000 m² — panel by panel, zone by zone, verified before sign-off.
